Larry Shepherd

Professional Sales and Leadership Coach Larry Shepherd attended Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, PA, where he studied sports management before launching his career in sales. He began as a fine wine salesperson in Ohio before transitioning into the mortgage industry with Wells Fargo.

In 2006, he moved into the logistics industry, where he discovered the depth of his passion for sales. After excelling as a Freight Broker for many years, he stepped into leadership roles, where he found his calling in mentoring and developing others.

For the past decade, he has been dedicated to building and coaching Freight Brokers while managing his own book of business. His approach to success has evolved from relying on natural ability and work ethic to focusing on preparation and continuous growth.

Originally from Springfield, OH—just 40 miles from Columbus—he is a proud Buckeyes fan, but he currently resides in Georgia. Outside of work, he spends his time with his two daughters, Luna and Vivien, and on the golf course, where he enjoys the challenge and strategy of the game.
